Last night, some of the world's finest bartenders, bar owners and mixologists, and an audience of discerning drinkers, gathered in Christchurch, Spitalfields, to raise a glass or three to the winners of the annual World's 50 Best Bars.
As always the Brits did well, with nine London bars making the top 50, three in the top five, and four in the top ten.
