While there's a few options on the market, one of our favourites has been German brand Merz B Schwanen.

The brand started back in 1911, using special circular knitting machines that produce items that feel softer against the body than other machines.

Although they're now owned by a duo outside of the family, all of the clothes are still made in the same machines, keeping the quality Merz B Schwanen was known for in their heyday. All of which makes for a great story for when you're explaining why you look nothing like Wilfrid Brambell.
