We've always had a soft spot for Shoreditch institution DreamBagsJaguarShoes. It's a difficult place to describe (our hours spent inside are more than a little hazy) but the bar-meets-gallery-meets-eatery-meets-general mischief pit has this month launched one of its most innovative projects to date, the Jaguar Collective.
In an area of London which is gearing itself more and more to the mainstream, DreamBagsJaguarShoes has teamed up with other local independent outlets - The Old Shoreditch Station café bar and No-One boutique - to cook up a range of one-off products, and in the words of the collective, "dynamic cross-media projects".
Consisting of renowned illustrator and graphic artist Chrissie Abbott (known for her work with Little Boots), fashion photographer Valerie Philips and fantastical graphic designer Will Sweeney, The Jaguar Collective has just unveiled its first round of products, including a series of limited edition prints (see Chrissie Abbott's above), t-shirts, mugs and tea sets.
