It's taken a while but it looks like menswear is finally ready to accept a scarf that isn't striped. The striped scarf has ruled menswear (some would say with an iron fist) for a near decade, but now labels are bringing out some viable alternatives.
Of course, as with all things menswear, it's an evolution, not a revolution. So now, instead of stripes we're now seeing plaids from Norse Projects, fair isle patterns from Lou Dalton and, for the especially fashion forward, camouflage patterns. We're looking forward to the introduction of a new knot into the British Male's style vocabulary, but at the current rate of change, expect to see it in 2020.
