George Clooney is the star of the January issue of Esquire.

In an exclusive interview conducted at the superstar’s LA home, editor Alex Bilmes talks to Clooney about the pro and cons of fame, life as a single man and the endless Internet gossip about his sexuality.

On being a celebrity, he says: “Not that I’m comparing myself to Clark Gable or whoever but they couldn’t survive in this environment. They’d punch the shit out of some people. It requires a kind of Zen quality."

Also in the mix is all your essential style advice for the winter months, a gadget guide for 2014 and regulars like AA Gill. Don’t miss it.
