Adidas Introduce Instagram-Print Trainers

Now your holiday photos can adorn your footwear

If updating your Instagram feed isn’t getting you the adoration you clearly deserve, Adidas are introducing a new way for you to pedal your personal life.

In August, the sneaker giant is releasing a new iteration of the ZX Flux that allows you to fully customise your trainers with photos from your Instagram feed, using their Mi Adidas app.

What, you may be wondering, should you choose to be printed all over your kicks? Admittedly it’s something of a #FirstWorldProblem, but these things are important.

Photos of clothing – particularly trainers – are clearly too meta a choice. And as good as that pop-up street festival was at the weekend, do you want to wear an artisan sourdough pizza on your feet?

The same goes for photos of you, your beloved, or a selfie taken on a stag do in Belgium last summer.

Whatever you choose to imprint, the designs will cover the whole body of the shoe, so you should probably spend the next three months taking some better pictures. No pressure.
